Staff was friendly.
The room had lots of problems like a hole in the wall, broken furniture, and messed up ceiling tiles that were all taped together as a fix. The fridge smelled like spoiled milk. The people staying there had loud screaming matches throughout the day and night over the several days I was there.

The hotel is kept in porous conditions on purpose! The owner has 3 properties on the same block... La Quinta Inn (located 150 yards away) and the Rodeway Inn. I guess his logic is to create a stark contrast between the properties! Congrats you succeeded! This place sucks! No matter the rationale of monopolizing terrible, okay and good hotel properties, I can tell you the customer service at either hotel is terrible and the professionalism is lacking. If you are a single mom escaping an abusive relationship or just desperate for a cheap place stay make a reservation. Otherwise stay clear of this property and the 2 others owned by this clown!
Great staff but stuff broken
The front desk and cleaning staff were professional and did their job well.
The coffee machine was missing a carafe, the tub plug was broken, and the air conditioner cycling on and off loudly and there was no way to have a constant fan as white noise.
Clean, well maintained and a great bargain. A good value. Staff is minimal, but kind and responsive.
The bedspreads are kind of nasty. But that is a feature of most hotels I can afford. Why not cotton?
