Pros (+) The beds were very very comfortable and the value was very good.
Cons (-) The facilities are a little run down.

Pros (+) It was located near our event. The staff was friendly.
Cons (-) It is in poor shape and has some (what I consider) serious safety risks. Looks the worse for wear. Did not get daily sheets. Came in one day to unmade beds because they ran out of sheets. Just poor maintenance and poor management. Seriously needs a renovation!
