Pros:During my stay I killed 2 roaches, felt like the floor beneath the tub was going to fall through at any second, could barely take a shower due to the crappy water pressure, and had some unidentified stain on our curtains.

Cons:Floors were so dirty that you couldn't walk barefoot. It was so bad I took the ONE towel we had in the bathroom to wipe the floors down and the towel was black. Stuff from the ceiling had fallen all over the bed, when I asked them to come clean it or give us another room she had the worse attitude. Said she would come and never did. Needed up cancelling our second night it was so bad and had to stand at the reception desk over and hour trying to get my money back for the second night. While I was standing there other people were constantly coming up to complain, one lady said her and her daughters had to stay on the balcony most of the night because they kept getting bit by bugs. Another one found a dead rat under the bed in her room. People were calling and asking for towels, when the front desk ignored them they came down and asked for towels, they took their room number and said housekeeping would bring them. When they walked away the employees were saying to each other how the last shift didn't wash any towels the day before so they didn't have any to give people. This wa any far the WORST hotel ever. The pictures look nice, it is a dump. Please do not take your family there.

Cons:Picture you see online it's different from actual hotel. Room look like ghetto type room has cockroach filled trash on walk away to room. Worst ocean front hotel. I have never seen this type hotel.

Pros:Nothing it was sickening and the staff was either high, extremely rude, or just down right nasty.
Cons:Well I can't say I liked anything. We got there early, was told our room would be ready in an hour. We had 2 small children with us and my girl was sick. Go back up to check on the room no room, wait till check in no room still, wait another hour no room, wait another hour no room. After the 5th trip and 2 hours past check in time along withe 20+ other angry guest we said screw it. The hotel was in worse shape than a trailer park... We booked another hotel and I'm now going through a dispute with the bank to get my money back. The hotel looked nothing as pictured by the way.

Pros:Location to beach was nice.
Cons:After a long day site seeing we were ready for a good nights sleep but when we returned we found the room was not serviced. When I asked why they told me it was because I didn't give them permission. There was not tag to hang on the door, I was never asked if I give them permission to clean the room etc. So now we have no towels, soap, etc. for the next day.

Pros:Right on the beach, new remodeled rooms, staff was overall pretty friendly. It was a nice little hotel if you were just going to be out and about all day.
Cons:House keeping was lousy and never cleaned my room the whole week I was there. Whenever I saw them they were just standing around!

Pros:It was close to the beach, the rooms looked new even though the outside looked old, housekeeping was very nice and accommodating. Having the mini fridge, microwave and nearby ice machine made everything very convenient .
Cons:The room was very small, but nice. The ladies at the front desk weren't very helpful or nice. Didn't have a private balcony and couldn't see the ocean from my room.
