Pros (+) During my stay I killed 2 roaches, felt like the floor beneath the tub was going to fall through at any second, could barely take a shower due to the crappy water pressure, and had some unidentified stain on our curtains.

Cons (-) Floors were so dirty that you couldn't walk barefoot. It was so bad I took the ONE towel we had in the bathroom to wipe the floors down and the towel was black.
