Specious 2 bedrooms, water park indoors, close to everything, parking nearby, friendly staff.
Enclosed corridors from tower to tower so that you don’t freeze walking from water park to water park.
Nice place for a family stay
Good right on the beach good pool and play area for kids. Rooms were clean.
It’s location is a bit away from the action in Myrtle Beach (about 4km). The rooms are a little dated and some doors etc are in need of a little care and attention
Location was prime right on the beach
Room was filthy upon arrival run down. Front desk sent maids in to clean and had to argue with them to change nasty dirty sheets with stains. They had to clean kitchen and living room food was left stuck to the furniture coach was deplorable. Dishes were put away with food on them just nasty. I would not recommend this establishment to my enemy.
Over crowded could not walk through water park without bumping into peolpe
It was overcrowded
This was our second vacation in Myrtle Beach and it was our best one! This place has everything you would want to do with children. We always had something to do and had a blast doing it. The staff was amazing and the location was PERFECT! We almost stayed somewhere else to save some money until we read some reviews on their website about The Dunes Village Resort and looked it up. That was all it took and we spent the extra money (honestly it wasn't even that much more) and stayed with absolutely NO regrets. We will be staying here every time we go to Myrtle Beach. I LOVE to save money but listen to me when I say spend the extra dollars and stay here. You wont be upset that you did.
The Dunes Village Resort is the perfect hotel option near the beach for anyone looking for the ideal lazy vacation in the sun. The resort is an exciting destination for groups of families and friends looking for a variety of events both on-site and nearby the resort.
This Resort has 456 rooms that can be booked. A variety of room options are available, ranging anywhere from 468 to 2,078 square feet. Guests have the options to choose between studios, suites, or even condos during their stay. Each room includes a beautiful oceanfront view.
This resort includes various amenities for all ages to enjoy. The only indoor water park is Myrtle beach is here, with water slides and a lazy river. There is also an outdoor oceanfront pool duck with pool side cabanas for rent. Therefore, no matter the weather, guests are able to enjoy swimming.
In addition to the pool areas, there are lots of activities available to families with kids. There is a pirate ship themed playground, daily arts and crafts options, and free magic shows. All these activities are guaranteed to keep kids entertained during their stay.
On-site, there is a buffet-style restaurant, a cafe, and a coffee shop. However, there are also many attractions within close proximity of the hotel. Ripley's Aquarium, Medieval Times, and a variety of malls and shopping centers are only some of the many points of interest nearby.
