Pros:For the price, the location was great with access to the beach and plenty of restaurants and attraction nearby. Kingston Planation is very nice and well kept as far as the outdoor/grounds... Palmetto Vacations is a whole nother story!!
Cons:The condo we had on Cumberland Terrace (4D) was very outdated in terms of the décor, furniture and kitchen appliances. Items was from the 1970/1980s era. The condo appeared to be clean, however the last night there, we were greeted by mighty roaches crawling around in the kitchen and on the wall. We had to call twice to get a response from Palmetto Vacations and they moved us from the condo to another place, which we had to pack up and clean the condo at 1130 pm. When we spoke to Palmetto mgmt about our experience, they were very unapologetic, rude, and offered nothing to remedy the situation. Thank God our booking agent refunded some of the expense out of their own pocket. I would stay at Kingston Plantation again, but not thru Palmetto.
