I did not like that there were pubic hairs in the bathtub once I arrived at the location. Also my sheets were very dirty, as well as the towels were worn out.
Some of the small child pools were not working. The outside lazy river and outdoor kid zone were not working. That was one of the reasons I booked this specific hotel
It was right besides the beach.
I booked the resort online. The pictures were awesome on the website but the reality was totally different. The room was very old decorated and there was a very bad smell. There were more than 10 swimming pools but the two of them I saw was very dirty. After we saw the room we cancelled our two night stay.
Needs to be upgraded
Overpriced with no amenities!
Support staff working around pools and housekeeping very friendly. Beach front.
Stayed at landmark for over 10 years and usually enjoy the stay but this year different. Front desk never asked about discounts and I was told it would be more if used AAA or aarp which I always used in the past. Hot tubs not working or shutdown. BEach restroom is disgusting with toilets rocking and water all over floor and water in kitchen in room is luke warm. May explain some sores. For the people following us I washed them with hot water I heated up in microwave.
