Pros:Ocean View was the saving grace.
Cons:Need to do some maintenance to the bathroom and floors (mold on baseboard), the shower has a low ceiling, parking deck was nervy and dangerous (need a small car to navigate). I will not stay here again.

Cons:The room was filthy and dusty. The sheets on the beds had hair and dirt or food crumbs on them. I called the front desk and was told they'd take care of it. Housekeeping came in with a VERY nasty attitude because I wanted the beds stripped and clean sheets put on them, we exchanged words at which point I told her to do her job and get out of my room. I called the front desk again and made them aware of the incident, they asked to speak with the lady still in the room making the beds. She was hesitant about telling them who was giving me a hard time about changing the sheets. Afterwards she told me that it was her Supervisor and she didn't want to tell on her for fear of retaliation. Although I take my own towels and wash cloths with me when I travel, I noticed that the towels and wash cloths also had hair in and in them as did the shower. The air conditioning unit leaked water on the carpet in the room causing me to put down towels so that we wouldn't have wet socks while walking around the room. The only thing I did like about the room was the view, as it was an oceanfront room. However, I didn't like that there was no screen for the sliding glass door. I would've loved to leave the sliding glass door open to listen to the waves at night.
