Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging a winery visit.
Cons (-) Several of the "amenities" were closed or inaccessible during our stay. We were also placed in a room adjacent to the massive ac system which of course droned on during the whole of our stay, making it difficult to enjoy the balcony much less get a good night's sleep.

Pros (+) Standard Westin property. Good location for Napa Valley visit.
Cons (-) Property seemed to be trying just a little too hard to be a super-luxury resort, but then came up short in delivery. Had to ask multiple times for items promised earlier. Front desk lost a package we left for another guest.
