The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging a winery visit.
Several of the "amenities" were closed or inaccessible during our stay. We were also placed in a room adjacent to the massive ac system which of course droned on during the whole of our stay, making it difficult to enjoy the balcony much less get a good night's sleep.
Trying to be more than it is; staff misses
Standard Westin property. Good location for Napa Valley visit.
Property seemed to be trying just a little too hard to be a super-luxury resort, but then came up short in delivery. Had to ask multiple times for items promised earlier. Front desk lost a package we left for another guest.
The rooms were spacious and I loved the pool area and the beauty of the facility. Being so close to the Silverado Trail was a bonus.
It was pricier than it should have been.
