A really pleasant surprise. Incredibly helpful lady when we checked in, nice comfortable room, super location. Only knock is limited parking, but a big carpark on the other side of the road. We'll recommended

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff received frequent compliments for being friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, though a few mentioned issues with linen cleanliness and dated bathrooms. Value for money was highlighted, especially during busy events. However, parking was a common challenge, with limited and tight spaces often requiring alternative arrangements. Despite minor drawbacks like basic TV channels and occasional noise, guests generally enjoyed their stay and would return.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Location makes walking to the Art Deco buildings easy; plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff helpful with local information and parking.
Cons (-) Our very comfortable room was on the street sid, so would have been a bit noisy if the weather had been appropriate for open windows. Just a small nuisance in an otherwise fine hotel.
