Great business stay
Complimentary shuttle Live music downstairs Great Staff. Very helpful. Very clean
Felt like the price point could be lower, but probably at that level due to closeness to downtown.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful! The rooms, lobby, elevator and hallways were all very clean. I loved the smell.
The room only had a shower. I was travelling with a baby. So, this made bath time very awkward. The room got really hot at night. I woke up sweating. So, I turned the thermostate down. But the room didnt cool off until the next morning.
This hotel had great decor in the lobby. Also tons of great amenities - microwave and mini fridge in the room, free breakfast, happy hour snacks in lobby and live music. The location is perfect for walking downtown or to the Gulch.
Only thing missing was a bar and an indoor pool.
Very nice place, laundry machines available which I needed. Really nice waiter in the restaurant. Would stay there again.
Over priced, dirty, under construction, rude desk clerk, no breakfast, uncomfortable bed...
Too much construction
I was scheduled for surgery at a nearby hospital at 5 AM. This hotel was conveniently located.
When we arrived, we discovered the hotel was being renovated. Parking was disturbed, registration was located on the second floor, and there was noises of construction outside our window. I also stepped on a sewing needle during the evening that was embedded in the carpet.
