We didn’t stay at the hotel because of how dirty and smelly,definitely area not recommended for family with little kids ,person at the front reception was ok with refunds

The room was clean
When I checked in people were hanging out everywhere. Sitting out front of their rooms. Didn't feel safe, as they would stare you down until you got to your room. There was no security on premises. It really felt like a prison block.

“The tub was blocked up couldn't take a shower. The bathroom was dirty. The air condition didn't work . The rug turned our feet and bottom of our shoes a charcoal black from walking on it because the rug was so dirty.”
