Staff at the reception desk not so likeable.
I was charged 3 euros per day for an explanation how to use the electronic safe in my room (12 euros for 4 nights).this practice doesn't suit a "five stars hotel".next time,i advice them to charge 5 euros per day for an explanation how to use the air- conditionner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and 2 euros more for the soap and......................,like that the safe will stay empty like the room.beside this upsetting behavior,this hotel is really nice and very clean.

Beautiful location, excellent food and real royal treatment in the spa centre

The rooms and the food was great.The location was nice and easy.
A 5 star hotel never serves coffe at the swimming pool in a plastic cup.Also must have free parking ,internet and powerfuel wi-fi

I didn`t like separate people, who were in charged of main restaurants administration. they were not professional in some cases.
