Seats are quite small, but due to the plane being empty we were aloud to switch seats to have more room

The water was handed out as we were entering the plane, instead of when we are set down and our hands are free of luggage. There was absolutely no food offered from Sofia to London, except a low quality chocolate, which was not delicious. The flight between London and Miami was ok, as far as service and food, but it was absolutely freezing, throughout the whole aircraft, especially in the back seats, I had to cover my head with a scarf, besides using the blanket and still I was feeling extremely uncomfortable. The passengers seating around me shared the same opinion. We did ask for something to be done about it. The gentleman did try to adjust it, but the effect last very short time, and towards the end of the flight it was extremely cold and blowing strong again ….

Online booking is poor. Flight crew are excellent. Would use them again.

The close the front toilet this is not good . They arive not on time is been delay the dont clean the plain . Poor

flight delay there and back. rescheduled the flight a day earlier

The flight was smooth, the crew were pleasant, This plain had a reclining seats which made the flight comfortable

The lady at the check-in got into a complication with the computer and didn't know how to get out of it even though they came several times to help her and direct her until finally the lady from the other position did the check-in. Just before take off they announced a delay that took two whole hours and caused a lot of trouble starting with the fact that we were hungry and they didn't even give us a glass of water (we asked and they said no) I am a sick person who takes medication (diabetes and heart disease). And this delay made me sicker. order a taxi again. after to work. and more

The flight was late with no explanation given to the passengers.

Overall a good experience for a short low cost flight . Boarding and departure was on time, crew was nice, airplane conditions were ok. The Heraklion airport is not convinient at all, especially as it doesn’t have an air conditioner. But this is not related to BlueBird.

I think I will never fly agsin with Blue Bird

The check in was really bad. This was my worst experience as far as i can remember. Very slow without any real reason.

There was a delay on the flight, in addition although there was a delay there was a last boarding sign earlier than the boarding time. So overall - stressed to come quickly to board and then waited a long time and arrived later than planned

Crew was super nice, boarding was fast (all trolleys were asked to be checked in), no entertainment at all, food - well, better if one brings ones own, and, surprisingly, they kept the schedule. This time around - 2 thumbs up.

I liked: Helpful, informative, pleasant crew. Could be Better: Check in. Stowage space General cleanliness especially toilets. Ugh!

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.
