welcoming reception, attentive staff during breakfast,good sized clean rooms with towels and bedding changed every second day. A great location for both the Stubai Glacier bus stop for tpt to the glassier (ski holiday,) and the local village (Neustift) for eating out at the end of a good days skiing.

There is a chair in the shower room. It is very good because I was so tired after skiing.

There is to have a TV in the room, but it isn't. I have to go to the TV room to watch the Olimpic. I couldn't feel reluxed to watch TV.

the warmth of the room and the surrounding environment also the staff although not well versed in English were friendly and helpful

perhaps breakfast was not so filling in the sense that once things finished they were not replaced like ham and coffee

Great breakfast great views lovely staff, bus from Innsbruck and to the skiing stops at the door. Only a few minutes walk to village centre and some fantastic restaurants.
