Cockroach debris on my pillow, no hot water, outdated facilities.
Location was great and close to everything.
Apparently there was construction going in the penthouse on the top floor and they started saw and equipment before 7:30 on a Saturday and woke our whole family up. Parking is terrible.
The hotel staff was very accomodating and helpful. We were in New Orleans for Jazzfest and the location was central to everything we wanted to see and do.
The room was a little dark and the lighting wasn't the best. Little to no daylight mainly because of the location. It was tucked away in New Orleans.
It is really close to the centre...
It Has no parking as described from the website...
The location was pretty good, just one block away from the French Quarter and four blocks from Bourbon Street.
The poolhouse suite isn't ideal. The walls are just glass windows. The pool and surrounding walkway was flooded when we got there due to the heavy rain, including the little walkway into our suite. The front office people could afford a friendlier attitude.
Staff was excellent. The location of this hotel is excellent-short walk to the superdome, steps from the Frehch Quarter and the Mississippi.
There was no phone in our suite which I found very upsetting, however the staff were quick to let us use the phone at the front desk. Our first suite had no heat but thankfully we were transferred to another on the second night. The layout of the second suite was great .There was mould in several places in the second suite but this can easily be dealt with. This hotel is striclty accomodation only there are no bars/restaurants on site but many close to the hotel. There is no internet service at the hotel .
Great location between the old French Quater and the Central Business District - we were able to walk to the convention centre as well as many restaurants and sites. Nice to have space in flat and excellent value for money.
Not a romantic or luxurious option - very functional entrance - shower not very powerful.
There was so much room in the suit, we were all very comfortable.
Staff was very friendly. :)
No food. No back doors that open to patio of the room. (Door were locked or nailed shut.) Bathroom was not very nice. Pool patio was very tight area, you have to squeeze around pool to get to the room we were in. If you got distracted you would fall in the pool. The guest in the room above us were very noisy very late into the night. Running, etc. sounded like a heard of buffelo.
Location was only good thing about this hotel.
Staff was bad.hotel was fair. They rented out my reserved room and took 2 hrs to find one for me. I will not go back
