My stay was not without it's problems, but the staff was excellent all around. I picked this hotel out of the available IHG properties as the site advertised a really nice Nespresso machine. Upon checking in, the front desk agent was very friendly and was able to upgrade me to a suite thanks to my Diamond status. Pros (+) I loved the look and the little gardens the hotel had although they were quite dirty when I was there but I assume was because of the weather that week

Pros (+) The room was really pretty.
Cons (-) The service was off from the moment we checked in. The person at the front desk seemed very annoyed to have to work. It took quite a while to get through that, then it also took a long time for them to respond to requests once we'd checked in. Also, the windows are thin, and there's a fair amount of noise from the street.
