Pros (+) The staff was amazing, warm and welcoming. The main areas and rooms were spotless. The decor was beautiful. There were plenty of food options, however, they closed at midnight. Overall, a great hotel.
Cons (-) Would have liked to have a microwave in the room. However, there is one on every floor. My biggest complaint is that the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything, so much, to the fact that I could hear the guest in the neighboring room pulling the chain to close their blinds.
