Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location, noting its proximity to major attractions and the French Quarter while still being quiet enough for a restful stay. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including reports of pests and outdated rooms. Service experiences varied, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others encountered rudeness or dishonesty. Amenities such as the bar, balconies, and courtyard were appreciated, though some facilities and room features were reported as lacking or in need of maintenance.
