Honestly the staff is wonderful. They were so kind and helpful. The pool area is also a wonderful plus. It's so rare in that area and a definite plus to have a place to relax outside of the hectic that is bourbon street.
The only thing that I didn't love were the elevators. They were older and a bit rickety. I think they could improve those for a smoother ride
Everything! The staff was amazing as well as the hotel. The hotel was gorgeous!
Not worth it
About 2 blocks from bourbon street. Clean facility. Comfy beds.
Way overpriced. $40/day valet parking only. Car valet attendant was exceptionally rude and condescending. Outdated facility. Rooms did not look like the pictures online. Didn’t have a jacuzzi in the room like it showed online, when we asked the front desk, they just laughed at us.
Staff was very nice
Room was disgusting. Hotel is old and run down. Sofa in room was torn, dresser had hunk of wood missing, carpet was torn, bathroom was dirty, room smelled musty
It was advertised online as a haunted hotel. When we got there the staff knew nothing about it being haunted. Wedding going on at pool and music was very loud in our room
front desk staff balcony complimentary morning coffee
pool property outdated stains on sheets
Hospitality, clean rooms, great view, pool, but location was everything especially for the French quarter
No complaints here
Children. I wish it was adult only.
Location in French Quarter was ideal. Atmosphere pleasant.
Check in took hours waiting for a cleaned room. Restaurant at breakfast was understaffed and it took 45 minutes to take our order. And not even offered a second cup of coffee. Poor way to start a day!!
Windows do not open
We were moved to a great room with a balcony.
The rooms that do not have a balcony have nice windows that are painted shut.
Fabulous room! And really friendly staff.
Shower seemed old and did not drain well.
Had such a fun time here. The pool is a beautiful area to sit outside. Happy hour in the afternoon is perfect because they come out to the pool to serve you. The room was completely fine with a large bathroom. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking around the French quarter!
We wish there was a refrigerator in our room.
