This hotel was effortless as it was elegant. Perfect size. Perfect location. Clean. Convenient. More than enough. Never too much.

Pros:Angel or devil. Your choice. It's the theme of the hotel. Besides impeccable service the theme carries throughout the hotel. You'll see it as soon as you enter the lobby. Enter an elevator and with a big screen TV the adventure continues. We had a standard room the first two nights but their standard is far above that in decor. Our next 3 nights were in one of their Angel Suites. If you think the standard room was great wait till you see an angel suite. Their named after arch angels. Its indescribable in luxury and the style and theme continues. They do have the devils suite named after Lucifer. It's the only one decorated in black and red. I dont want to give away more. See and experience it for yourself.
Cons:We couldn't stay and enjoy it longer. But we'll be back to NOLA (New Orleans LouisiAna and surely stay there again.

Pros:Staff was efficient and courteous, all smiles everywhere. The overall theme of the hotel is seen throughout the lobby and common areas, ‘Saint’ white angelic areas and red/black ‘Sinner or Naughty’ areas! Rom was nice and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was super cute and modern and spotless. AC was COLD. Didn’t need the mini-fridge or mini-bar, we were in NOLA ! Everything is close by!
Cons:If you need to keep something cold, the fridge is full of purchasable items, so either feet them to bring something up or bring ice chest /cooler with you. (This did not effect my stay)

Pros:I normally stay at the well known 4 & 5 star hotels so I really stepped out of the box for this trip. The hotel was great we had a corner room facing Canal St. The beds were comfy and we had restful nights. We enjoyed the amenities and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Kotrell set us up with two amazing and very different tours. He also remembered us and always greeted us with a large smile and interest in our day. The rest of the staff was just as nice. From the front desk to the room service staff and housekeeping. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance to travel to New Orleans again.

Pros:We stayed here because of the price and location. It seemed to be the best of both worlds and it definitely was! Easy walk to all French Quarter locations. The lobby is gorgeous, as were the rooms. Fun bar in the lobby, too, with live music in the evenings. We were a group of 4 couples and we all loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
Cons:Location on Canal St is not my favorite (busy, a bit dirty), but you only have to walk 3 blocks to be in the heart of the French quarter.

Cons:It was a rough start from check-in: - The designated room on our paperwork (King) was not available at check-in, leaving us a couple in two beds - Upon getting to the room, there was toilet paper and urine in the toilet. - There was makeup all over the collar of the bathrobe (being billed as "take it home for $120") - They were able to move us the next night to a king room, which we found out during the middle of the night did not have a working heater (35 degrees outside at this point). So we moved to our third room of the trip that second night. I'll echo the same concerns with customer service that I see in other reviews here. It's a pity because the property itself is well situated and in good company with the likes of the Ritz and Roosevelt. But it failed to meet any standards for cleanliness and overall guest experience.
