Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to Times Square and other attractions as a major advantage. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, including reports of pests and dirty rooms, as well as negative experiences with unprofessional or unhelpful staff. Several guests also mentioned issues with room amenities, such as non-functioning TVs and uncomfortable beds. While a few guests appreciated the comfort of the beds and the professionalism of some staff, the overall feedback was mixed, with location being the standout positive feature.AI-Generated from customer reviews
