Pros (+) Location, price, staff nice, left luggage available, comfy bed, clean rooms and linen.
Cons (-) There could have been a welcome folder with useful info ie breakfast time and subways to use and small tube of toothpaste to with the toiletries would be good.

Pros (+) No bells and whistles, but a clean, comfortable place with all the basics. Location is excellent and the price is good for that area of Manhattan.
Cons (-) Rooms are a little small, but I expected that for NYC. Overall, no complaints.
