Great Hotel in a great area!
Friendly, helpful staff.
I had no dislike.
The staff is always amazing!
Small intimate hotel in the heart of Manhattan
Low-key friendliness. Good for visitors, business people and solo travellers alike
No wifi in room
This hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The room while small was comfortable and really clean. The concierge was helpful
Great one night stay in August 2016
The staff was awesome, the epidemy of good service, kind and helpful. The room clean and organized. The AC could have been cooler, but slept great. I forgot my charger and called back to see if they had found it, they held it for me and I picked it up with my bag a couple of hours later.
Great location...very Irish feel
Rooms comfortable, good amenities, friendly staff, well located
Bed was not as hard as we like
Clean, nice, older facility. Staff is very friendly.
Small rooms. Bed not very comfortable and the showers need a door! I realize that's trendy, but it's too cold a breezy!!
Very nice with one glaring issue.
Liked overall feel. Location great. Our room was very quiet as promised.
Owner needs to invest in climate control system. AC not available during 70 degree days. Staff was very helpful and provided fans but this hotel would be so much better with modern a/c. Would love to recommend but that's a problem.
One night in NYC
I loved the location. There was a lot to see in walking distance. The room service was great and the walk in shower was nice.
The room was a bit small. There were a few holes in the wall above the TV, which were a bit of an eye sore. Parking was listed as an amenity when in reality you go park your own car somewhere on the side of the street.
Very confortable for 5 peopple
That we all fit very well and locatinon is grate
Tus restaurant is not very good, Is expensive, has bad service, and has no god food
The air condition was switched off because it was winter, resulting in extremely overheated rooms without any possibility of cooling. The staff offered a ventilator which was broken. Never will I ever go there again.
Hi Guy's, I had a wonderful time the staff were so nice helpfull from the time we walked in to the hotel It was a big treat for my daughter 11years and me Can't wait to go back x Hazel
