Pros (+) Location was perfect with PATH, Oculus and Ond World Trade right across the street and just about everything else in walking or subway distance. Hotel was nice and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. I think of this as a good place for business travelers. The standard room was small but the view was incredible.
Cons (-) Not much. Paid with points but I think the cost would have been $125 a night, so reasonable for NYC.

Pros (+) Very walkable to the water taxi, 9-11 memorial, statue of liberty/battery park, etc. Excellent staff, Jonathan was great, got upgraded too! Great experience here.
Cons (-) I couldn't access my balcony due to the construction going on at the hotel next door. :'( But still loved my room!

Cons (-) Our room was on the first floor. You could hear the elevator dings, could hear staff talking with guests. It was just very loud.
