Front desk staff were awesome. Room was great. Location was great. No complaints
I wanted to extend my stay but the price increased too much. Too bad because we really liked the hotel and staff
Nice hotel to stay in the heart of New York. Close to major transportation hubs and close to major attractions.
Great, clean, friendly hotel
Location, location, location
Parking prices, but hey that's N.Y.
Great location for visiting the city
Excellent location and great hotel for the price (subway stop right outside) Very helpful staff (especially in the restaurant when I was dining with my two year old) Beautiful view of the Empire State Building from our window Quiet rooms--other than one neighbor banging on the door early in the morning, I did not know anyone else was around
The location is the best
I had been in NY few times but this time I realize how important is a good location! The best ever! Next to metro station and shopping area. At the front rooms you can appreciate the Empire Statle from your window! For sure I will be back!
Great location & value
Easy walking distance to area attractions like Madison Square Garden, theater district, Empire State Building and numerous restaurants. Very clean room with plenty of outlets, and friendly front desk. Very nice, and rare, open outdoor space in front of hotel.
A bit disorganized with the luggage holding process and the lobby lounge should be open later during the summer. The hotel has very nice outdoor space which is rare for hotels in that busy area and could get better use. Got back from concert at 12:30 and had to look for a bar/pub to have a night cap.
Clean, Good location
Broken front door.
Alex at the front desk was most helpful in assisting me with a reservation problem,
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, room was spotlessly clean and facilities were adequate for a short, cost-effective stay in Mid-town

The hotel was fine. However, there was a murder in the hotel the night we were their. Apparently a pimp was murdered several floors up. It was all over the NYC news.
ALL of your front desk staff could use better training in professionalism and courtesy.
Easy check in and out. Validate for parking nearby. Check with parking garage.
Small rooms but typical for NYC hotels
Location of the hotel was perfect for everything, not far from times square where all tours start from and close to all the shops. Also there was a brilliant concierge who was excellent in relation to tours, tips and information!
The noise from outside, even on 28th floor, was disturbing for light sleepers, also only a minor thing but it would have been preferred if the safe deposit box was located in the room rather than having to queue at reception and sign a form everytime I had to access the box.
The location was ideal as i was there to do some shopping.I felt very safe and comfortable travelling without my partner.
I was promised early check-in but hotel was totally booked
Location, location, location. In the middle of everything and the staff were fantastic.
Toilets from very small bar area were down some very steep stairs in th basement. It would be an improvement if there was a safe in each room rather than only in reception.
The proximity of the hotel to Times Square, Madison Garden, Macy's and all the tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful and lovely. The size of the room is comfortable enough for 2 people. The bed is very comfortable and we loved the fact that we had a view of the Empire State Building!!!
No porter/bell boy available to help us bring our luggage up/down.
The location is excellent! 1 block froom Empire State Building, metro just 20 meters from the entrance of the hotel. Running about 10 minutes from Central Park. Gym also excellent.
Super service and friendly staff. Great location and just thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Excellent staff, beautiful modern rooms with great soundproofing. Location is perfect. Definitely my hotel for next stay in NY!
Excellent location, 20 meters from 34st subway station, very close to Macy's, H&M. room was well equipped, staff was friendly.
Reception staff, both at night and early morning were very courteous. Service at the bar was very good.I got to the Hotel late , needed a drink and goodnight.Other than that, room, bed, bathroom, the usual you find at any hotel.
A little tight hallway
Staff at reception - assistance for early. comfortable rooms, location is fabulous and rates very good
