It’s in a pretty good location, near to Soho.
The service is professional but cold. Bed was too soft.
Well designed pretty room Good coffee maker, newspapers Nice bed & linens
Inconsistent quality of housekeeping Shower head did not move Excessive minibar (took up way too much room in a small space)
construction next door
Location, value, roof top bar, rooms were good but small
Internet was horrible Construction noise was brutal Water running through pipes next to room made noise all day / night
I'll be back for sure
Very comfortable room. Roof bar & restaurant on the 1st floor. Great neighborhood for food and running along the Hudson.
The slow elevator.
Clean, stylish, and reasonably priced for Manhatta
The hotel was very clean and quite stylish in a sort of modern-retro way. The minibar was the best I've seen in a moderately-priced hotel, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and elegant. The location is in a rather quiet corner of Manhattan, close to the core of SOHO, NOHO, etc., without being right in the middle of all the activity.
When we first arrived we were told that our reservations were cancelled! The front desk staff were surprised to hear that I had not cancelled them, and calls had to be made before we were given a room. They apologized for the mistake, but the experience was alarming nevertheless. I recommend calling and confirming your reservation a day or two before arrival just to be sure you still have a room.
