The hotel is pretty solid. They need to handle the issue with the elevator. It takes far too long to wait for the elevator. Sometimes you'll be waiting for it for 7+ minutes. Two small elevators is too little for a hotel of this size.

It was nice to have breakfast included, although I did witness a situation where a fellow guest asked for some more yogurt and the staff member said “it’s 9 o’clock, breakfast is over“ even though it was five minutes until nine.
