Great location. Nice pool for a downtown hotel.
Room was spacious with nice view of the city! Room had Illy espresso machine.
Business lounge is dull
Excellent staff and views
Staff was more than friendly. Great room views and good location. The room was excellent, the windows could have used a cleaning but no big deal. I would go back.
Great Location and Very Comfortable Hotel
The hotel is located across the street from the UN Headquarters, where I had a meeting. There are many reasonably priced and good restaurants nearby.
Nice and Clean hotel
I liked the location of this hotel. It is close to United nations building. The room was very clean and overall ambience of the hotel is quite good. I would like to stay again in this hotel.
Hotel Convenient to UN
The One UN New York was very comfortable and well maintained. I particularly liked its proximity to the UN Headquarters, where I was attending a meeting. An added plus was the great views from my room to the south and west, so I could see the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building.
This was awful everywhere on internet days it has
No pool they need to scrub the internet & take down every mention of having a pool. FALSE ADVERTISING & they were not apologetic at all. You google this place it lists it having a pool big mess for kids
Clean, very friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.
Wall were thin, we could hear entire conversations going on at all times.
Good stay with few downsides
the bed is very comfortable if we hadn't set alarms would have slept the whole day. the amenities in the room alone are a nice add. the staff was efficient and helpful.
there were gnats in the shower and when we checked out and had to leave the bags at the desk the bellman took about 20 minutes to show up and help us.
View of the east river.
Small, odly shaped rooms. Door opens into a narrow passage so you have to do a dance to get into the room. Windows are small, so feel cramped inside.
The small bar in the lobby. Friendly staff Good general location
Too expensive for outdated rooms especially bathroom. Internet connectivity could be better and included in the price.
Great staff loved the security dog in lubby
To get in shower was quote slippery and shower head in a weird place
Great beds, good shower and good location, what else do you need!!!
Beautiful hotel, great location
Put in a smoking room even though we requested a non smoking room,
This hotel offers a good location at an affordable price. The rooms also provided excellent views. The beds were very comfortable.
Overall the hotel was really not very clean at all. The walls could use a good scrub or new coat of paint. The bathroom was not clean either. I think that a number of the housecleaning staff are elderly and that might be the reason that the rooms were not as clean as I had hoped they would be.
Charging for Internet use! No room service from 12 to 1630!
I was not happy with my stay at all
my room and bath room were dirty
The View, we had a fantastic view of both the Empire State building and the Chyrsilier. We were on the 40th floor and were able to also see the skyline of Manhattan. The service of all staff was excellent and the room was large, comfortable, warm and relaxing. We would definately recommend and return to this hotel any time we visit NY.
nice accommodation and views
Stayed on 35th with great views of Manhatten and East River. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Location is good, quiet area but still within walking distance of tourist attractions.
The staff was very professional, but we were very disappointed in our room.
There was mold and mildew in the bathroom vent. The room was veru dusky, which caused sneezing and watery eyes. The bed was very uncomfortable and caused our backs to ache. Ironing board was difficult to stand and the iron leaked.
