Pros (+) Incredible stay at the Refinery. Came here for a surprise birthday present, and the staff were incredible. Made the surprise that muh sweeter with an upgrade and non-stop next-level service. Great hotel, rooftop, jazz, staff, rooms... all great. Will stay here again soon.
