Liked the location.
The hotel announced the lowest prices on several apps and sites like kayak, when you make the reservation, they charge you something called “facilities fee” or “resort fee”. It’s in violation of the new york’s unfair trade practices law. As the roon is the cheaper, cancellation is not refundable. IT’S a SCAM. Be aware.
Quick weekend trip
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was good.
There was no mini fridge in the room, but other than that everything was good.
Great customer service
Location, easy to find
Great deal in the heart of the Big Apple.
The room was a very good value for the price, very clean, great staff, comfortable, great location, rooftop bar has an amazing view, good drink selection with low drink prices and just a cool little spot.
There was noisy construction next door going on 24 hours a day, the breakfast less than I expected and a continental breakfast not a hot breakfast.
Room was reasonably priced and big for NYC
the elevator beeps were very loud, and it also made grinding noises. My room was right across from the elevator, so it was annoying.
Coffee was very weak
It was in a central location for a cheaper price than most competitors. The queen room was a good size for my husband and I. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was fine.
Bed was uncomfortable.
Good value stay for NYC
I liked that there was a fitness center but it was a little run down and the TV remote was missing.
The staff was very polite or at least the people I had a chance to talk to. The bed was very comfortable and the room overall was clean.
Great location. Old hotel.
Elevator broken. I was there LAST week was broken then. One of two broken, it took FOREVER to get in and out of the rooms. They should give a discount until it is fixed.
Easy check in, room. The roof bar
