It was good experience there. not too far from the Niagara and has bus service right from the door.

Just that it was in Niagara Falls and we were able to walk downtown.
The bathroom was dirty and the tub paint had a massive whole in it. My shower whether in the morning or night was always cold. The barbecue facilities was not what I expected. There was one tiny run down barbecue that looked like it was ready to fall apart.

The staff was very friendly. Room was small but comfortable.
The carpets were filthy, both mine and my boyfriends feet were black after just a few minutes of walking on them. We had to wear our shoes inside.

I had no issues checking in. The room was ready when I arrived. Free parking, mini-fridge in the room
A few dead bugs were found in very visible spots. No coffee maker, no continental breakfast.
