Awesome place to stay
We loved everything! The location (so close to clifton hill), breakfast in bed, french press coffee, complimentary champaigne, the upgrade they gave us, and the bed and towels! We will stay there again. Many people are complaining about parking, but $17 a day sounds reasonable compared to $50 a day charged at the hotels by the falls.
Exterior and the surrounding area are not as nice as we would have liked. But once you enter a room, everything changes.
Great Romantic Getawat
Wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms awesome staff AMAZING spa. Great restaurant. Loved it.
I thought it was kinda cheesy to hit us with a surprise parking fee of $17 when we were leaving
Food to die for
The restaurant was exceptional -- great ambience, superlative cuisine, professional staff. The room was great -- large, jacuzzi, nicely furnished. The front desk people were friendly, informative, and welcoming. We would return again if we return to Niagara Falls.
Close enough to walk to all of the Niagara Falls attractions, but far enough off the main tourist spots to be quiet. You MUST eat at at the in-house restaurant, AG Inspired Cuisine -- it is DELICIOUS.
Location is in a great spot, lounge is nice good staff, rooms are really nice and spacious.
Bed was a little on the hard side, no seat in the steam shower.
Fireplace, jacuzzi & breakfast in bed
Luxury room in a good location
The room was very nice. I liked the fireplace and the jetted tub. The continental breakfast is a nice touch. The food at the restaurant was excellent.
It was not easy to find in the part of town where it is located. It is on a corner so signs on both streets would help. Provide a larger table in the rooms for the continental breakfast, or in case people are interested in room service. Although the food at the restaurant was excellent, the menu choices are too limited. It is also very pricey for ala carte fare.
location and the room was nice after we asked top have it cleaned
We had problems with the cleanliness of the room but it was rectified after we brought it to their attention.
The standard king room exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the king size bed! My husband and had a great time at the Sterling Inn & Spa.
The room was very nice. Beautiful furniture.
Did not like the location. Thought we would be closer to Niagara Falls. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. The room was nice, but the floor was not clean enough -- it was sticky in some areas.
Loved the atmosphere

Niagara Falls has always been considered romantic. Couples love the scenic vista as the perfect backdrop for their nuptials. The hotel has many options for couples seeking to have the perfect day on the grounds. Intimate weddings of 25-75 people are where the resort shines. Couples can get the customizable experience that makes their day one of a kind.
Every season brings different views to the falls. Niagara Falls is beautiful during the spring and summer. During the fall the changing colors of the leaves give the Falls a different look and the snows of winter are ideally viewed with a warm cup of hot cocoa.
