Pros (+) All hotel like a broken toilet. Totally is soaked by weed and smoking. I booked non smoking room.
Cons (-) "welcome to hell!" Whole building so dirty. The residents also looks dangerous.

Pros (+) Definately not luxury, however it was not terrible. It was what I expected for the money spent. You get what you pay for.
