Reception got no clue shower hot and cold hotel don't care toilet poor flushing cleaners stole my shower gel hotel needs refurb
Room was clean and had everything you needed for an overnight stay, black out curtains were brilliant (no annoying chinks of light around the edges), front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, very useful location just off A47 and near Norwich city. Breakfast staff were friendly and professional.
As with all chain hotels standard of cooked breakfast food was not awesome but there was choice between cereal, toast, pastries and cooked breakfast. (we chose this hotel for its location not its cuisine so it lived up to expectations perfectly and would stay here again).
Room needed redecorating, but informed this was in progress.
no lift and requested ground floor
Easy to find and convenient with a car.
I would describe my room as well used, tired. A lick of paint would go a long way.

We also recommend keeping an eye out for our Murder Mystery nights, as guests are invited to piece together a murder whilst indulging in a welcome glass of bubbly and a divine 3-course meal. You'll find our friendly staff as charming as our accommodation, as we'll always make you feel welcome - whether it's your first or one hundredth time here.
