Wonderful hotel!

The helpfulness of your staff was certainly appreciated and available when needed. Also a pleasant bathroom.
Our bedroom could have been more comfortable and a large stain on the carpet on entering did not give a good first impression. The duvet was most comfortable but softer pillows would have been nice.

The Paston room was excellent, but the key fob did not have the room name on it, just the number which confusingly was 412 even though the room is on the second floor.
