Very close to the Main Train station. For a very short stay it's ok. easy access to Tram , buses and U-bahn, and to one of the enterances to the inner city.
Hotel is on the tracks of the train station. in spite of the windows I heard all trains and all announcments on the tracks. When asked to move to th other side was asked to pay more. One day had to stay in room till the afternoon, but after 15:00 there was no one to clean the room..., internet is pricy. Not good for long stay. small rooms.

Closeness to train and old inner city.
Staff wasn't very helpful. My friends had made requests for rooms that were totally ignored. I gave a desk employee a postcard and what he told me was the right amount for postage. Later, they told my friend the postage should have been double. Where is my card? Breakfast buffet too expensive.

“Location is very central, but still reasonably quiet. Staff was nice and competent. Some new signage regarding protocol when meeting other guests nowadays, but I didn't meet another soul. They also offer a free public transport ticket for all days of your stay, which I used and very much liked.”
