Cons:A/C and mini fridge were extremely noise, had to shut them off to be able to sleep. Very disappointed!
Pros:The airport shuttle to OAK runs every 20 minutes starting at 4am. Always prompt and always on time.
Cons:The hotel is VERY dated. It is in serious need of remodeling, especially considering the price is nearly always $300 a night. For that money, I expect better.
Pros:Convenient locatation, gated parking.
Cons:The rooms are tired. When you walk in the room its hard to believe that this is a Hilton property. This goes for the mini lobby in each of the satellite buildings. Needs a complete makeover or become a new company line called Hilton dormatory .
Pros:Very clean Very comfortable bed and room Close to the airport - good for very early or late flights Convenient shuttle service to the airport and BART station I could print out my boarding pass for free on the lobby computer Compared to other hotels in the area with similar quality, it's very good value
Cons:Complementary wifi had issues - the signal showed as strong, but I would have to reconnect almost every 30 seconds, and that's not an exaggeration. The device doesn't have this problem with other networks, so the problem seems to lie in the network itself somewhere. There is free Internet in computers in the lobby, and I would recommend using that instead.
Pros:Proximity to the airport and the front desk staff was awesome.
Cons:It was perfect.
Pros:The rooms are extremely dated, and have a very bad smell.
Pros:I liked the location to oracle arena and the coliseum.
Cons:What I didn't like was the squeaky floor above. EVERYTIME someone walked in the floor above you could hear it.
