Our room was given away but still charged
We made reservations for two nights for two rooms. We specifically chose this hotel bc it was walking distance to the hospital our sick family member was hospitalized. When we showed up to the hotel, they had given away our room which we had prebooked and prepaid for. I have written the hotel but still have not heard a response to have my money refunded.
