Pros (+) The staff was excellent and almost everyone was very friendly. Our room was very comfortable and we had a fantastic view of San Francisco/Oakland from our room.
Cons (-) I think all hotels should include parking and internet in the fees. I think it's misleading to say the price of the hotel, but then add charges for parking and internet - these things should be included for all hotels and part of the standard rate. This is a pet peeve I have and I don't like when hotels don't include this in the regular rate.
Cons (-) Room was extremely small compared the price if the room.
Pros (+) Staff
Pros (+) I like the fact that the hotel was closed to everything that we needed from restaurants, bars and drugstores. The hotel staff were very friendly from the valet attendant to the front desk. Our flight got delayed and they were able to accommodate our check-in time.
Cons (-) We understand that parking is an issued around the city but we thought it was expensive for the hotel to charge $45 for valet parking and there are a lot of homeless people walking around. I wouldn't walk around the city by yourself at night.
