Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly satisfied with the hotel's friendly and attentive service, convenient location near ski resorts and bus stops, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The breakfast and food selection received positive remarks, though some found the dinner and restaurant offerings lacking in variety or quality. While the wellness and spa facilities were appreciated, a few guests noted issues with room amenities or temperature. The value for price was a common concern, with several reviews mentioning high prices not always matched by the experience. Overall, the hotel is well-regarded for its service, location, and cleanliness, but some improvements could be made in dining and pricing.
