Pros:The price. Which I am sure is discounted because of the plandemic. Location.
Cons:Didn’t like that they kinda assumed we wouldn’t want cleaning service. Breakfast went down to an extreme low. The omelette was great as usual but the rest of the food was warm at best. Would be better walking around and serving juice instead of stupid little containers. No toast or breads. Instant oatmeal. Was very disappointing

Pros:The location
Cons:Our room had hair on the bed, bathroom counter and in the shower. There were bugs that appeared to be lady bugs on the walls and ceiling. The bed was hard as a rock, compared to the new embassy suite by OU medical, this one doesn’t even compare. For the price of the room cheaper hotels are more clean than this one. We won’t be staying at this one again.

Cons:Got put in a smoking room despite booking nonsmoking. Got moved to a room where the AC blasted all night making it extremely cold despite being set for 80 it was closer to 60.

Pros:Front desk service was very friendly and helpful. We loved the spacious room.
Cons:When I booked the room and read the description of the room on kayak.com, it stated the refrigerator would be stocked with a dry/wet bar. When we arrived the fridge was empty. Also, we went to dinner at the landing restaurant and it was horrible. My fiancé ordered a drink and the bartender started pouring it. Then I ordered the exact same thing and noticed that the bartender poured about half as much alcohol in mine than she did his. The drink tasted like water. Also, the waitress was making conversation with the bartender while we were standing at the bar and was very unprofessional. When our salads arrived at dinner, they were so drenched with dressing that neither of us touched them. The main course was good, but I expected excellent. The menu was pricey and we did not get what we thought we would. Later on when it was time for bed, the pillows on the bed were so flattened and offered no support. I had a neck ache for the next 2 days. The room was so cold and it was windy outside. We could hear the wind from outside and there was a noticeable draft coming in from the balcony door. The balcony was so small and looked like it might fall off the building if anyone stepped onto it.

Pros:It is not a bad hotel, but it isn't what I expect from an Embassy Suites. There was a funny smell and water stains on the ceiling and wall. Also the edges of the carpet were very dusty. Overall, it felt outdated and underwhelming. Positives: friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and good food at the grill, comfortable bed.

Pros:The kitchen staff for breakfast in the morning was freindly. Actually all of the staff was nice.
Cons:The pool needed cleaning. It smelled like a urinal cake. Cleanliness was an issue too. Nothing was filthy but a lot more attention to detail could be made.

Pros:Elegant! The whole hotel was very nice. The evening reception was exceptional, custom drinks with fresh vegetables and lots of other goodies to snack on. All you could eat/drink for a couple of hours. For breakfast the "made to order" omelette was fabulous. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable.
Cons:Not much to report on this side, the only minor thing was the televisions were not allowed to be changed from the included cable to hdmi so I could watch movies from my device.
