I went to that pick up location, the lady that was at the desk Mrs Ree-Ray give me and other reservation instead even when I told her that I came to pick up a reservation that I had on file , now am dealing with and unknown precedence, when I went to drop off on Saturday because I didn't know that I had the wrong car, they want to charge me 400$ for a drop off fee.3.2 Poor

Pick up took forever. Two desk staff...one guy was trying to accommodate s customer trying to rent without a credit card and the other girl spent 10 min.. small talk with customer...Cons:
First car was filthy. Not vacuumed, windows streaked and there was even a piece of chewed gum on the floor behind drivers seat...second car wasn't much better.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Under the circumstances, the staff was quite accommodating. When I arrived for pick-up, there was not a car available and the staff could not give me a time frame for when I would be getting a car. I mentioned that I had to be in Wichita, KS (from OKC) by 4pm (It was a little after 11AM). When a car became available, it was at the airport location and still needed to be cleaned up and driven to the I-240 location. Instead of making me wait, a staff person drove me over to the airport to the car so I would not have to wait longer than necessary for someone to bring it to me. This was really helpful and I appreciated it.Cons:
Obviously, a car waiting for me when I arrived at my scheduled pick up time would have been ideal, but it worked out and, again, the staff was handled it well.10.0 Wonderful

The employees were great! Informative and friendly. In and out quickly. Paid for full size car and only offered arguably midsize Hyundai Elantra and Nissan Altima. Cars were very clean and in good shape. Felt like I got a good deal on the contract but wish the cars were bigger.Cons:

First thing first, i understand you cannot guarantee a brand or model of car. However, giving me a Jeep renegade and calling it "RAV4 or similar" is laughable. The RAV4 has 73.4 cubic feet of cargo space. This boxy little jeep has 50.8. That's quite a drastic difference. I fit more stuff in my 06 Corolla, and I'm being completely serious. Secondly, the RAV4 gets ~31mpg on the highway. This 4x4 box averaged 22 over 2 days. It's supposed to get 31 but it didn't. Maybe it needs a tune up.10.0 Wonderful

Car drop off was the only thing that was not filled with complications.Cons:
The pick up of the car to an extra hour. We waited for 45 minutes to be picked up. I was harassed about insurance on the car. I provided my insurance and was still harassed. He called my insurance to make sure my documents were not fake. Felt interrogated. The car was in very bad shape. Large dents in the from and back not very clean on inside and cigarette burns on the seats. The worst rental I have ever seen. I asked about my 60.00 deposit they said it would be refunded with no problem at drop off. I forgot something in the car. Called multiple times to asked if they had recovered it. Had the distinct feeling they did not check and did not care. However, leaving was my fault but still felt as if they didn't help me. I dropped the car off on the 15th of may. After multiple calls and checks I finally received my deposit back on the 31st of may. I also only received a partial deposit refund because of a flat tire that occurred while I had the rental. The bad thing about that was, when I had the flat, I called to check to see if it was a problem. They said it was no big deal they would fix it when I returned it. I could have fixed it myself for far cheaper than they did but there was no mention of any charge when I asked or dropped the car off. This was a terrible experience and you should not rent cars to anyone using this service. If you continue to use this company, they will alienate more customers. They did an extremely poor job.
