Car had 3/4 tank of gas when issued. I got that resolved shortly after leaving. Later discovered that the windshield wiper fluid was empty. The interior was somewhat clean, but some vacuuming missed, some dust not wiped away. Otherwise, all was well

I had an 8 hour drive and it wasn’t until I was on the highway that I realized the cruise control in the car they gave me didn’t work. I was too far from another location to swap out the rental. I had to drive a total of 17 hours without cruise. It was horrible.

No problem with pickup or the car itself. But very unorganized and confusing during the drop-off. I was told to leave the keys in the car and wasn't given a receipt. And then they charged me for an extra day + refueling costs. Hopefully will be receiving a refund!

I’m out of town 3-4 nights a week…… renting cars on every trip. This is the first time I’ve tried Budget, your guy behind the counter turned me away. Some kind of issue with my license. He actually told me it was not state issued. I wasn’t going to argue with him. It was midnight. I tried all the other car rental places, but no cars were available. I ubered to my hotel and went back the next day to enterprise. No issues at all. Your company insulted me. I will not be back. Thanks.

Overall good experience. The car had obviously not been cleaned (crumbs in seat and exterior dirty), but it wasn't terrible. It just needs to at least be wiped down.

No one was available when I arrived and even though I checked in online and indicated a pickup time the car was not ready. Because the charging station at my hotel was not in service I asked to get an non electric vehicle instead. Instead of paying less I was actually charged more. No one was there when I returned my vehicle so i had to just leave the keys. Even though I dropped it off 5 hours earlier I was still charged extra. Extremely disappointed!!!

The Tesla was fun and interesting and the hotel had a charging station… it would be nice if Hertz put a toll charging station in on site so it was easier to find a place to re charge before dropping off. That would make it much easier for a first time user.

The pick up was great, the agent talked a lot and I missed the fact that he did not include my pre-paid gassing $3.55 per gallon request , when I turned in the vehicle Hertz charged me $9.99 per gallon to fill it back up.

I could not rent a car because they did not accept my Brazilian driver's license. I went there at the Thrift and was badly treated by the attendant, and have no car. It is amazing that I received this without even renting the vehicle.
