The Tesla was fun and interesting and the hotel had a charging station… it would be nice if Hertz put a toll charging station in on site so it was easier to find a place to re charge before dropping off. That would make it much easier for a first time user.Reviewed 2023 Oct 16

Kayak tricked me into going to airport location to pick up car when all along it was 12-14 miles away. Had to Uber both ways, cost $70. Kayak owes me a refund. Problems at hotel too. Hertz was no help, obstreperous.Reviewed 2022 Nov 20

The pick up was great, the agent talked a lot and I missed the fact that he did not include my pre-paid gassing $3.55 per gallon request , when I turned in the vehicle Hertz charged me $9.99 per gallon to fill it back up.Reviewed 2022 Oct 25

Absolutely awful!!!! I did not get the full size SUV I rented. I turned the Dodge Durango in one day earlier than originally planed and was still charged the full $451 fee. I was charged an additional $371 for fuel and a excessive cleaning fee which I am disputing as the car only had dust on the outside. I firmly believe Hertz is running a scam to overcharge customers at the OKC airport and I can assure you I will NEVER rent another car from Kayak and Hertz again.Reviewed 2021 Dec 10

Even after loading the trip from the Hertz app, Hertz did not track my Gold status because the reservation was booked through a third party. No miles credit, no class upgrade, and no speedy gold pickup. Hertz Gold benefits should happen regardless of how I book.Reviewed 2021 Oct 20
