Stayed here last summer and thought it was great. This time not so much. Probably wont stay there again. Huge parking problem. Paid to get into their lot and no spaces available. Said something and they basically said tough luck. Said they wouldn't charge me for parking but did anyway. Had to park in public parking which was more than double what they charged me. Can't believe they wouldn't refund...

Cons (-) Check in was slow and stressful due to new employee did not properly process Hyatt gift card or my credit card and had to be redone at checkout.
