Great location and beautiful views of OKC.
The cuts the hotel has made in the name of COVID are showing. We practically had to beg for clean towels. It took four attempts before we had a fresh set. The room was nice, but given we needed the elevator to get to our rooms and there was only a single functional elevator all week, it made things difficult. We would often be queued up in the lobby waiting for the elevator to go to our rooms. Next trip to OKC will be somewhere else.

Noisy in the halls. Doors opening closing all night. Would like to have More selection on an overpriced menu for breakfast.

I’m a creature of habit so I’m comfortable with the location and the things to do in the area.
Still haven’t received my copy of the room charges etc. The new policy for breakfast as it pertains to members with status is a joke and extremely disappointing.

They have redone the hotel and it is really modern and upscale looking with a value of a price. So glad we stayed here and found the deal on Kayak!
