Pros (+) The room was great and very clean
Cons (-) There was a long wait to check in. There were 2 people checking in ahead of me but the phone kept ringing and the staff person kept on answering the phone and helping that customer before serving us. I was quite annoyed. I asked a few people where to go for food and they were very unhelpful.

Cons (-) The laundry facilities were a little old; ice machine was not on every floor.

Pros (+) Stayed there to catch shuttle for early flight. Hotel and staff, shuttle just fine. No restaurants in walking distance like I hoped. Ate at wafflehouse, pretty good!
