Did not get greeted as a valued Platinum member
Pros. The staff at the front desk were nice and friendly. Every time you walked in there was a “hello; how are you?!”

Pillows aren’t comfortable at all,beds were uncomfortable Room layout wasn’t really optimal ,tv in the wrong place to be viewed from the bed and the room I was in faced the airport with nothing to dampen sound or light so hard to sleep.had a security breach with my cc after checking into the hotel because they only swipe a card not use the available chip reader .when I brought it up to the front dest I was first told no way was their system breached even though my cc company saw my info breached minutes after check in and auto locked down my card and informed me of the suspicious activity “was getting charged for multiple flower orders of 150 usd by a uk flower internet site and that a manager would contact me about it but never received any call or email .just feel very disrespected by that hotel and it’s morning staff
