Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests found the hotel's location convenient, especially for downtown access and proximity to local attractions. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests describing dirty rooms, unclean common areas, and poor housekeeping. Parking was another major concern, with many guests frustrated by high fees, unclear policies, and malfunctioning garage gates. Service also received criticism, with reports of unfriendly or unhelpful staff and poor communication. While a few guests praised the pool, breakfast, and comfortable rooms, negative experiences with cleanliness, parking, and service were common.AI-Generated from customer reviews
