The only issue that I had was that you had to pay $26.00 for parking. Parking should be included with your stay.

Overall, a nice place to rest your head.
I only stopped in for a night, so I didn't get to test out the amenities. The lobby was spacious and modern with a well-equipped bar and plenty of seating for all group sizes. The room was spacious with the living room separate from the bedroom, both containing a tv. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. It had decent wifi speeds.
Parking will cost you an extra $30, as there is no lot, only valet. You could also go to the parking garage down the street or pay a meter. For a higher-end hotel, it's a bit behind the time on the in-room entertainment system. there's no smartphone integration on anything. No kind of tv apps or ways to get online content, just basic cable. Other than that, just a couple of minor things like having 6 servings of coffee and 2 sugar packets and nothing to stir the coffee with. Nothing major.

The location was very good, steps away from park and lake and downtown businesses. Room was very comfortable, clean and nice. Sunday breakfast was good as well.
Unfortunately: - Check in time (4 pm) was not good for us .. we had to wait an hour after a 4 hour trip to Orlando ... Kayak did not provide check in/check out time in their email confirmation. - Hotel check-in staff did not explain what hotel had to offer. - Pillows were subpar. - Woken at 3 am by guests yelling at each other in atrium from one floor to another ... not hotel security nor staff present to quiet down the incident .. this happened for approximately 15-20 minutes.
