Cons (-) I made reservations to spend one night and leave the car there for 9 days on line . I had a confirmation. When we got there I was told they don’t do extended parking during the holiday oler the manager. So we had to go back out and find a remote parking lot to be able to leave the car. Pros (+) Hotel is clean and comfortable. No problems at all.
Cons (-) The airport shuttle SHOULD have been 3 minutes. Instead, they routed our nearly full bus around to the far end of the airport to pick someone up at the small-plane facility. Of course, after all that, the person wasn't even there. It was then ANOTHER 10 minutes back to the hotel, for a total of over 25 minutes. All this at 11pm.
